In Vision, Inc. is a recognized leader in the field of qualitative research. Barbara Kaplan-Tuckel, president of In Vision, brings more than 25 years of experience in moderating, leading meetings and business communications training to the company.
Using language as the foundation for analysis, the company works in multiple product categories with consumers ages six and up. Barbara brings her skills as a trained listener to qualitative research, tracking use of language throughout the interview process, linking key terms to the product or category under study, and understanding what it means in consumers' lives.
Beginning her career in political qualitative research in Washington, D.C., Barbara pioneered the use of focus group research in the political arena and worked on positioning candidates in presidential and congressional races. Prior to that, she taught public speaking and small group communications at the college level.
